Terms and Conditions

This site exists so you can pre-register for PRPL, a perpetual futures exchange that has not yet launched. Registering records your interest, links the wallets you choose, and produces a Trader Score that sets your Season 01 standing when the exchange opens.

No trading happens here. This site holds no funds, takes no deposits, and executes no transactions. It reads public blockchain data and nothing more.

By connecting a wallet, submitting your email address, or otherwise continuing to use this site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, including our storing your email address and contacting you about PRPL’s launch. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. You must not use this site if you are subject to sanctions, or located in a jurisdiction where using a perpetual futures exchange would be unlawful. It is your responsibility to know your local law.

You may only link wallets you actually control. Connected wallets are proved by signature; addresses you type in are not, and are recorded as unverified. Linking an address you do not own, or supplying an address to inflate a score, may result in your registration being removed.

Any address may be claimed by one registration only, on a first-come basis.

Your score is calculated from public on-chain data at the moment you scan. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee it: third-party data providers can be incomplete, rate-limited or temporarily unavailable, and some counts are explicitly shown as lower bounds.

We may change the scoring model, the tier thresholds or the networks covered at any time before launch, and may re-score or correct any registration to keep pre-registration fair.

Nothing on this site is an offer of a token, airdrop, security, investment or reward of any kind, and none is promised. Your score and tier determine standing within Season 01 only. Pre-registering gives you no entitlement to any payment or asset, and nothing here should be read as financial advice.

Do not attempt to manipulate scores or the leaderboard, register on behalf of someone else without their authority, create registrations in bulk, or interfere with the operation of the site. We may suspend or remove any registration that does.

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw it at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of a third-party wallet or blockchain network.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. Questions: legal@iopn.io.
