Privacy Policy

This site is operated by IOPn (“we”). It exists for one purpose: to let traders pre-register for PRPL ahead of launch and to establish their Season 01 standing. It is not the exchange itself and no trading takes place here.

We hold only what the service needs:

• Email address.You give this when you register. We use it to contact you about your registration and about PRPL’s launch.
• Wallet addresses. The public address of every wallet you connect or paste in. Addresses you connect are proved with a signature; addresses you type are stored as unverified.
• Public on-chain activity. We read publicly available blockchain data for those addresses: transaction counts, balances, first activity dates, and perpetuals trading history. We store the result as your score and its itemised breakdown. This information is already public; we do not obtain it from you.
• Referral codes. The code issued to you, and any code you registered with.
• Scan history. A record of each scan, so a score can be explained or re-checked later.

We never ask for or hold a private key or seed phrase. Signing in uses a plain message signature that authorises no transaction and grants no access to your funds.

Your email and wallet data are processed to operate pre-registration: to create and maintain your registration, calculate and rank your score, attribute referrals, and contact you about PRPL’s launch. The lawful basis is the performance of the service you asked us for and our legitimate interest in running a fair pre-registration.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

By registering you agree that we may email you about your registration, your score, and the launch of PRPL and directly related products. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without losing your registration or your score.

Registration data is stored with Supabase, our database provider. Public blockchain data is read from third-party RPC and indexing providers using only your public addresses. Those providers see the address being queried but receive no email address or other personal detail from us.

We keep your registration for as long as pre-registration and Season 01 remain active, and afterwards only as long as needed to honour standings or meet a legal obligation. Ask us to delete it and we will remove your registration, linked addresses and scan history.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw consent. Email privacy@iopn.io and we will respond within the period your law requires.

Registration data sits behind row-level security and is reachable only through this site’s server-side API, never directly from your browser. Wallet sessions use an encrypted, HTTP-only cookie. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold only what the service needs, which keeps the exposure small.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
